Bookings for airport transfers Train journeys and coach journeys must be booked at your own risk and we are not responsible for loss incurred for missed connection journeys.
We advise Bookings made for Airport transfers to arrive at Airports a minimum of 5 hours before flight times local train and coach journeys 1hr arrival before departure.
Cancellation Policy: Local work in the BCP conurbation has a £5 Cancellation fee.
Long distance (Outside BCP conurbation)
The non-refundedable deposit will be taken upfront with an agreed amount with Passengers. If any cancellations occur on the same day, the refund will not be given.
Any cancellation on the day of the booking will mean no refund will be given, any cancellation 48 hours prior to any journey will mean only a 50% refund will be given.
